Returns and refunds
At Upgradia, quality and customer satisfaction come first. Every device is supplied with a 6 month warranty, so you can shop with confidence.
Is the device not what you expected or have you changed your mind? No problem. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges in case of defects
If a returned device shows a defect that falls under our warranty policy, Upgradia may, after inspection and in consultation with you, offer a comparable replacement device. This exchange is covered by our warranty terms and is separate from the statutory fourteen day return period.
How to start a return
Send an email to returns@upgradia.nl including your full name and order number.
You will receive clear return instructions from us.
Once we have received and inspected the device, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking code until the refund has been completed.
Return instructions
1. Package the device securely
Make sure the device is properly packaged for safe transport. Preferably use the original packaging or a sturdy box with sufficient protective material. Please ensure the following:
Remove all SIM cards and memory cards
Turn the device completely off
Make sure the device is securely placed and cannot move inside the package
Do not send devices with damaged or swollen batteries
Remove all old shipping labels if you reuse a box
2. Attach the return label
Attach the return label clearly visible and securely to the outside of the package.
3. Drop off the package
Hand in the package at the designated drop off point, depending on the selected shipping method.
Important return conditions
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The device must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional damage, scratches, modifications, or clear signs of use.
All accessories and packaging supplied by Upgradia must be returned complete and in good condition.
Returns with an active account lock, such as Find My, can only be processed after these features have been fully disabled.
Devices with removed or manipulated serial numbers are not eligible for return.
Returns received outside the return period will not be accepted.
Devices with physical damage or liquid damage that was not present at delivery may be excluded from a refund.
Upgradia may request photos of the device condition in advance, particularly in the case of damage claims or discrepancies.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Uncollected or refused packages
If a package is refused or not collected and is returned to Upgradia, shipping and administrative costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Inspection and disputes
Returned devices are inspected within 5 business days of receipt.
If a return does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you by email. In that case, you may choose to have the device returned to you at your own expense.
Refunds
After approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Limitation of liability
Upgradia is not responsible for data loss, privacy breaches, or personal data remaining on returned devices. Please ensure that all data is removed and a backup is made before returning the device.
