These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to orders placed by private customers through the Upgradia website checkout.
By placing an order through the Upgradia website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Upgradia is not affiliated with Apple and is not an authorized Apple service provider.
Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply only to purchase agreements concluded directly through the Upgradia website checkout.
Transactions completed through external marketplaces or third party platforms are governed by the terms, policies, buyer protection rules, and dispute procedures of the respective platform where the transaction is concluded. These website Terms and Conditions do not apply to such transactions.

Customer

Upgradia Warranty
The commercial warranty provided by Upgradia on its devices.
Business Day
Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays.
Find My
The Find My security feature on Apple devices.
IMEI
The unique identification number of a mobile device.
The Customer
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to enter into an agreement.
You are required to provide accurate and complete contact information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. Any costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be at your own expense.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Upgradia privacy policy.
Products
Upgradia sells pre owned iPhones that have been professionally inspected, tested, and where necessary technically repaired before being offered for sale.
Each device is assessed for technical functionality and cosmetic condition. As the devices have been previously used, original water resistance cannot be guaranteed.
Repairs and replacements may be carried out using high quality components, including third party parts where applicable. The objective is to restore the device to proper functional condition.
For certain iPhone models, a notification regarding parts and service may appear after components have been replaced. This is a standard Apple system message and does not affect functionality.
Prices
Upgradia applies the Small Businesses Scheme KOR. No VAT is charged.
All prices include free shipping within the Netherlands.
Orders placed through the Upgradia website are delivered within the Netherlands only, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website at the time of purchase.
In the event of a clear and demonstrable pricing error, Upgradia reserves the right to cancel an order.
Payment
Upgradia accepts the following payment methods, among others:

Upgradia reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment irregularities or suspected fraud.
Delivery
Delivery for orders placed through the Upgradia website takes place within the Netherlands via PostNL or DHL.
Orders are generally processed within one business day. The estimated delivery time is one to three business days. These delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Upgradia is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you must report this within seventy two hours of receipt.
Returns
You have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds are processed within five business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Find My must be disabled before returning the device. If this requirement is not met, the refund may be delayed or refused until the device is fully accessible.
Warranty
Upgradia provides a commercial warranty as stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
This warranty applies in addition to statutory consumer rights under applicable Dutch law.
These Terms and Conditions establish that website transactions are limited to the Netherlands and legally separated from marketplace sales.
